The Nation’s Inclusive Communications Agency Network Adds Two New Members
The Change Agencies Now Includes Sixteen Public Relations Agencies Nationwide with the Addition of Two New Firms in 2026
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 21, 2026) – Two independently-owned and operated public relations firms operating in two major national markets have joined The Change Agencies, the nation’s inclusive communications agency network. The Holliday Collaborative Agency in Indianapolis, IN, and Meraki Communications Group in Alexandria, VA, have become the latest agencies to join the nation’s inclusive communications agency network, which now includes sixteen firms.
“Joining The Change Agencies is a powerful step forward for The Holliday Collaborative Agency and for the clients and communities we serve,” said LaMar Holliday, CEO and Founder of The Holliday Collaborative Agency. “This network brings together some of the most trusted, culturally fluent communications firms in the country. It allows us to pair our Indianapolis-rooted expertise with national reach, giving our clients access to deeper insight, broader perspective, and greater impact across every market we serve.”
“From day one, Meraki has focused on lifting up the stories, voices, and lived experiences that too often go overlooked in traditional communications spaces,” said Morgan Dye, Co-Founder of Meraki Communications Group. “Joining The Change Agencies is both an affirmation of our values and an opportunity to collaborate with leaders who share our commitment to culturally grounded, community-centered communications. We’re thrilled to be part of a network that not only reflects who we are, but also expands what’s possible for our clients and for the future of inclusive storytelling.”
The Change Agencies represent diverse communities nationwide while serving clients who want the best public relations, public affairs, communications, and marketing advice, counsel, and support. Each agency member is an expert in engaging populations around issues and opportunities that drive culture, and each member specializes in one or more public relations and communications disciplines, ensuring that The Change Agencies can serve a wide variety of client needs. Every agency owner is Black, Asian American, Hispanic, Indigenous, and/or LGBTQ, and 11 of the 16 member agencies are led and owned by women.
The two new member agencies join 14 existing member agencies led by Co-Founders LaTricia Woods of Mahogany Xan Communications in Chandler, Ariz., and Ben Finzel of RENEWPR in Washington, D.C. The Change Agencies now comprises 16 agencies operating in 13 major markets across the United States:

“As trusted communicators and strategic counsel for our clients, it is essential that we design messages and strategies that truly resonate with the audiences we seek to reach,” said LaTricia Woods, Founder and President of Mahogany Xan Communications, a Black- and woman-owned public relations firm. “For far too long, diverse voices have been absent from decision-making tables across the public relations industry. That must change. The Change Agencies serves as a catalyst for that transformation. Our member agencies are dynamic, impactful firms driving meaningful results for their clients and communities, and together we are committed to shaping a new narrative rooted in diversity, inclusion, and authenticity for our industry and the clients of tomorrow.”
The Change Agencies’ member firms have experience supporting Fortune 500 companies, privately-held firms and foundations, leading trade associations and advocacy organizations, and nonprofits in sectors including consumer, travel and tourism, healthcare, housing and aging services, the arts, retail, telecommunications, automotive, technology, financial services, education, government, and public affairs.
Among the services offered by the member firms are consumer marketing, public affairs, and policy communications, issues management, community relations, influencer outreach, target market research, crisis communications, annual DEI and ESG reports, DEI consulting/impact planning, creative development, website and social media development, digital ad buys, message development, internal communications, employee experience, and change management.
“Effective communications is more challenging than ever in America in 2026,” said Ben Finzel, president of RENEWPR (an LGBTQ-certified business) and one of two Co-Founders of The Change Agencies. “When you combine diverse public relations professionals with expertise in nearly every communications discipline in multiple markets nationwide, you get the talent and insight you need to effectively engage the right audiences with the right messages. In today’s fractured landscape, authentic communication is more important than ever. That’s where The Change Agencies operates and it’s where our work and our members shine.”
